Default Help With H22 EK

So I traded my Ls swapped eg for this since I felt like i got a good deal all it needed was an axle.... At first, fixed that and it had a minor miss only when it was cold though so I didn't think anything of it i changed the plugs and wires with NGK V power plugs and MSD wires. After that still didn't change anything still had a minor miss. Then this one day I was driving down the road and the exhaust broke after the cat and I sort of fixed that. But still it was missing and it was starting to get a little worse pulled the plugs again to check them still good. Then just today I went to pull out and the car just started bogging really hard and I couldn't give it any gas. Stalled out after I started it back up and it drove but it would still randomly do it going down the highway (shut off) the tach would go to zero then back up then back down then back up and I can't figure it out wanted to see if you guys could possibly help

Also it has a P28 that was tuned for the car I asked him about the problem and he said it was running to rich but I don't think that would make it at all bog out and shut off Please help this is my DD thanks

0)check over all wiring, if not good with electric pay someone competent to do it.
1)take off your distributor cap see if your dist itself has any shaft play. if it does have play, replace dist. and then go to step 2. if no play then go to step 2
2)have your fuel pressure checked, maybe pump going bad or regulator going bad
3)have it re-tuned as it probably never was tuned right to begin with.
