Default Multiple codes, need ideas

A couple weeks ago the speedo in my 95 del sol started acting up. I figured no biggie probably the vss. Went to go drive it today after switching out the vss and still no speedo. After a bit the CEL pops up and I check it. Codes 6, 10, 17, 21, 23 are present. I'm wondering how they all relate. Common ground I need to check? Any ideas and where I should start?

Reset the ECU and drive the car to see if some, all, or none of those codes repeat.

Drove the car after ecu reset and still no speedometer. Drove 10 miles, stopped turned vehicle off for 30 minutes and drove 10 miles back. No cel present.

Nice not have any CEL codes, bad not to have a working speedo. The absence of a CEL, however, suggests that the speedometer or cluster is bad. Am I correct in assuming that the odometer and tripmeter also don't work?

This is correct. I have traded out the speedometer for a spare that I have with the same results.

Do the odometer and tripmeter also not work?

If code 17 is not thrown, then the problem may be the cluster.

No odometer and no tripmeter. Found a donor cluster from a friend and installed that yesterday. Same problems no speedo, no odo, and no trip. Code 17 is now present though which is a good thing. Somewhere to start. Do you have the diag tree for the vss?

check resistance on the wires going to the speedo and see if it changes as your speed increases.
