Default Help... CEL

I was parked for a while when I started car back to leave I got a CEL, I then shut down the car popped the hood to see if I can see any visual problems, nothing no leaks or loose belts, hoses, etc.. I then restarted the car and drove around for 20 min and no CEL now what the hell could it be?

CEL's are emmisions related. if your gas cap is loose it can throw a CEL too.
I wouldn't sweat it too much unless you start seeing it again. you can drive just fine with a CEL, but I would get the dealership to check it out for you, what year is your teg? if it fall within a certain year the dealership can warranty it for you. there is an extended emissions warranty on some acura models to 150,000 miles.

Some CEL codes are intermittent. I suggest that if it comes back check the code, if not it's probably just an intermittent failure.
