I used Legend two pot calipers (larger then R) & prelude rotors on my DC2 w/15" 96spec ITR wheels. It worked...and was f-in awesome.

ROTORS
A. Prelude VTEC 11" front rotors, need to be re-drilled to 4X100.
* the 4th gen prelude is in a 4X114 pattern vs the 5th gen prelude, which is 5x114.
i prefer the 4th gen prelude VTEC, the 11" front rotors can be re-drilled cleanly, without overlapping

Has anyone drilled the prelude rotors with a hand drill there is no machine shop near me and I think with a good bit it would work?
i'm not saying it cant be done with a hand drill,
but for the sake of safety & accuracy, you'll want to re-drill with a drill press.
if there arent any machine shops in your area locally,
fastbrakes.com might be your best option for rotors.
your knuckle size determines your rotor size...
what size are your front knuckles on your 99 civic currently??
are they DX's or bigger knuckles (such as 99-00 Si or 94-01 integra)?
a. DX knuckles (9.4" front rotor stock) = ITR caliper/10.3" front rotor
b. 99-00 Si/94-01 integra (10.3" front rotor stock) = ITR caliper/11" front rotor
*also, since you are having trouble with rotors, just wondering how you were planning to install the ITR calipers...shims? machined brackets?

yes post #6 in this thread, 17CL15VN front calipers
the problem is offset; once you install the rotors & attempt to install the brackets, the rotors will NOT spin because it'll get caught and binded.
you can solve this by:
A. milled brackets
B. shims (or spacers)
i prefer the machined brackets, shims can deteriorate over time from heat & wear
i got my rotors drilled now i gotta do the brackets anyone do it using a grinding disc or bench grinder im not paying 80 bucks for the machine shop to do it
well they clear easily thanks for the help guys and u dont need to get the brackets milled i used a disc grinder and did them in 20 min
