Default Whirring sound after replacing water pump

So I replaced my weeping water pump and everythings back together and running great, but at a certain (low) RPM, there's a whirring sound from the timing belt side, once you rev higher it's gone. I tightened the belt to spec (3 teeth counterclockwise) and the alt belt is tight and feels good. Has anyone encountered this before? I can get a video if it helps.

Just did some research and it's common amongst people with newly replaced timing belts, the belt it a bit too tight, but since I did it to spec, I'll just let it stretch out. Hopefully it quiets down within the next 5k.
