okay so im about to buy a civic with 146k miles on it non vtec im wondering a few things! how much would it cost to have the motor rebuilt to were it could handle a turbo with 8 psi or so! andd how much will it run to me convert it to vtec d16 while its being rebuilt

i actually have the car now andd yeahh i want to turbo the stock motor and baby it ! have a little fun with it and save some money then drop a h22 in it im just asking in more than one post
