Get LEDs for the light bulbs in the back. Red LEDs or white LEDs makes is 10x brighter and looks 1000x better. Thats what I did to mine at first. But now I have an SI cluster.

Do not use LEDs in your cluster. It's a waste of money and LEDs do not adequately light your cluster. There are hot and cold spots rampant. Also, I've heard there are problems, that even when they are done right, they're bright as hell and F with your night driving.

All you need are some incandescent bulbs from autoillumination.com. I just did and re - did my whole cluster with red lighting for $10 shipped.

I used LEDs and worked fine for me
I guess it depends on what brand you get.

It depends on a lot. It depends on resistors, brand, type of LED, conentration of light on the LED...

Incandescents are so much easier for just $10.

http://autolumination.com/74.htm

Here's the website I went to to get my lights. You'll need 5 #24 Bulbs and 1 #194. Get 6 and 2 respectively however. I did and it turned out one of the #24's they sent me was bad. Glad I bought extra. Each bulb is only a dollar each too, so it's a win.

And here is the walkthrough.

I have a CR-V cluster. Love it.

I'm not so much of a fan of the Si cluster since it says Si on it.
