Default 99 si misfiring on all 4 cylinders and running rich.

ok I got a 99 si stock engine(b16a2) 156,xxx and it has short ram intake and header, now the codes it reads it shows I have misfire on all 4 cylinders, replaced spark plugs and i still have the problem and it is also running rich, ecu, or could the coil, distributor be the problem for both? i have done some research with the trusty Google but i never get a straight answer so please help me, if i am missing any info just ask, thanks

Remove the distributor cap and inspect the internals. If that looks fine, remove the coil and ICM for testing.

Yeah, a tune - up may be in order. You sure your firing order is correct?

yup still runs, just ah little hesitation when i push down on the peddle, it climbs slow and hesitates while climbing on the rpm gauge.

Find a picture of correctly installed spark plugs and compare.

Check your timing, I had the same problem with my civic. It wouldn't pass emissions because it was running rich changed every thing you can think of and it still failed. So I check The timing and it was was off. I fixed it and now it passed emission test with flying colors, not to mention it runs like a champ.

if your off time you will misfire like that because the spark is not sparking on (time) which you will backfire and run rich bcus your not burning fuel c0orrectly!!!!!! check that n spark plugs jus to b sure
