Default 99 Civic Si/b18 swap/99 Civic Si ECU -- running rich

im running the stock 99 si ecu with my jdm gsr b18c, would that cause it to run rich. trying to fix all the old owners mistakes......

try a stock ecu or a chipped one, id say s300 for tuning perposes, i have a jdm ecu if interested pm me for sale

that would help if you dont want to pass smog, or want fuel and timing maps tuned for 95octane fuels in japan
