1990 accord 2.2 245,### miles

Can anyone tell me the proper way to do a leak down test?

Balance shaft seal blew out, 3 spark plug grommets leaked and filled holes with oil.
I was told bad rings could cause excess pressure in crankcase and cause this so I want to check them.

Also with plugs in I can spin motor around by just pulling on acc belt by hand pretty easily.

Did that.
I was looking for specifics on how to tell each cylinder is at TDC,I could not find that info specifically.

Or any other thoughts on what could cause this.
