i just recently bought a walbro 255 fuel pump....i lowered tank, crx, and disconnected pump and took old pump out and new pump in...well im pretty sure i wired correct wires together...if anyone has done this the old wires were blue and black....new are black and red....we traced old wires by length to which was neg and pos. the blue neg black pos........now i primed it b4 i put back in and it worked....then i reinstalled everything correctly put tank back up let pump prime multiple times, then tried to start it. it was going....theres plenty of spark but no fuel....i took off cap to fuel rail to see if fuel was coming out of line from fuel filter....there was none when primed....i have a little over a quarter of a tank of gas.....any suggestions?

 

Did you connect the fuel line back words at the fuel tank. That happened to someone I kno he had the retun line connected to the feed line. And the feed line connected to the return line. And he couldn't figure out why he was not getting fuel but he could hear the fuel pump running. So I helped him drop the tank and switch the fuel lines and wala problem fixed. Ps. Take off the fuel line on the fpr and turn the car to run see if fuel come out the return line if so u kno you got them switched
