what to check for v-tech malfunction?any suggestions?

What is the symptom that is leading you to diagnose the V-tec system?

have you jumped the little 2 pin connector and turned the key to on to count the CEL flashes and see if its throwing a code? that would be the easiest place to start in my oppinion

After dialing the number you wish to call press the phone ICON to start your call..
For your other trouble-shooting needs resort to your telephone owners manual..
