I just recently noticed my 03 cr v is a good inch to inch and a half lower in the back than the front. I measured ground to wheel well and tire to wheel well. Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on? I figure the tow hitch definitely does not weigh enough to cause this and I can't say I've really done anything lately that I would consider a cause.

 

are you just saying the wheel gap in the back is less then the front?

 

Yes. Is it suppose to be like that and I just never noticed before?

 

A little is normal on most hondas, even civics. I noticed it the first time i lowered my civic, the car is level but the wheel gap difference was a little more pronounced cause there was no gap in the rear and like .75" in the front. If its about a 1-1.5" difference i would call that normal.

 

My 2000 CR-V is like that but the struts are blown so mine does sag. 224k mi on original struts

 

Well I feel a bit silly now but I suppose I'll head over and get the struts checked out tomorrow just to be safe. Thanks!
