Default Heater Help-ASAP PLEASE!

Took out dash on 99 civic DX. On the heater **** control on the back. The connectors on the back the top connector w/ white and gray. 1 blue wire disconnected. And now the Heater does not work out at all neither, do the AC & Rear Defogger. Would that wire be the cause for everything not working or could there be another problem. Any Help at all would be great. Here is a pic of the what I'm talking about.

If you push the blue wire pin back into the connector, does everything work again?

Have you checked for blown fuses?

When you say that the heater and A/C don't, do you mean the cabin blower motor behind the glove box won't run?

Is the disconnected blue wire a solid blue or is it blue with another stripe color, such as Blu/Blk?

Is the rear window defogger button unplugged?
