Default JDM Front end foglight wiring question

I've searched high and low on the net and can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for.

I want to wire my fogs up to come on with my parking/running lights. I've tried pulling the fuse box to wire up behind it but there is an aftermarket alarm installed on the car and I can't get the fuse box to move at all.

Where would be the best location to splice into the parking lights?

This is a 95 LS if makes any difference.

i wouldn't recommend splicing into any wire because it may pull to much of a load than the fuse or wire can handle. even though it works doesn't mean it's safe. pulling too much of a load can cause the wire to heat up and melt the insulation which can cause a sort or worse fire. just go the extra step and cut off the zipties that are holding that worthless alarm install and find the slot in the fuse box that is providing power when the running lights are turned on.

Use the park light free pin on the under dash fuse box. 94
