Air coming out of oil cap
I have air coming out of my oil cap. Someone told me it could be worn rings? Btw, the breather on the valve cover just has a filter on it. It is a 95 v-tec 1.6 (I hope I'm in the right forum?) making around 360 hp and it is running at 25 pounds of boost with a 50 trim turbo. I just bought it saturday. Can someone help me?
Edit: I just got off the phone with the guy that sold it to me... He said he put eagle rods, acl bearings, new thrust washers, apr head studs, wiseco pistons, and all new seals and gaskets in 2000 miles ago.

As far as I know, the only cause for excess pressure inside the crankcase is blow by gas from piston rings.

Nah, im talking about a setup that can help the bottom end breathe, with that much amount of boost you are goin to go through rings like crazy.
Something kinda like this

It doesnt have to be this. But i would definitely get a setup so the bottom end can breathe.

O okay. It has a line running up the back of the engine and it stops. Vapor comes out of it. Is that what you are talking about? Btw, how hard is it to change rings in these things? Btw, the block was just machined and the heads were port and polished, if that makes a difference.
Sorry to say but it seems like the previous owner was not 100% up front about the car's issues.
Unless the machine work or assembly of the engine was done by someone who didn't know what he was doing i doubt it would have that much blow by..
I freaking hate it if someone else's problem becomes mine..

Running that amount of boost.... well really any amount of boost without having any type of ventilation for the block will cause blow by and cause damage to the block
Full machine work was done at a well known place in Pittsburgh. It has a supertech block guard on it. Does the filter on the valve cover have anything to do with this?
Here is the car I got : http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/2140844901.html
I got if for $3700 instead of $5500 because he really needed the money, for fines.

First thing, always watch buying build cars. You have no clue how they're built and what they're built with REGARDLESS of what the guy says. If you had the ability, you'd take this engine apart and review everything to make sure nothing is wrong and was done properly. But I assume you don't have the time, money or expertise sadly.
