There are lots of write ups on making basemaps if your search, I would not try to start the car up without a wideband. I would advise you to contact the person doing the tuning, most of the time they will provide you will a basemap for free. Just stay out of boost till you hit the dyno
You must have a wideband oxygen sensor gauge!
If you don't get one...
Contact the dealer you bought the system from for a basemap from a simular car they have tuned. Otherwise, call your tuner & ask him for a startup basemap.
If none of these options work, you are welcome to contact us & purchase a basemap from a similar car we have tuned.

j-k tuning will be tuning the car for me
i have ordered a innovate LC-1 with a wideband digital gauge
ill be sure to use that before startup
i know the car has zero issues i had a previous setup that everything was fine on and i just upgraded to a bigger turbo fuel setup that is now complete
maybe ill just wait for the startup till i bring it to my tuner ....

If all else fails, get yourself some stock injectors, a stock map sensor and load a stock GSR map into the Hondata...if you have a stock O2 sensor even better because you can leave it in closed loop to help you get those Air/Fuels into a proper range WITHOUT a wideband (novel concept).
Start the car and let it run. Check for fuel, oil and coolant leaks...make sure your thermostat OPENS, and your radiator fan turns on/off as it should. Drive the car around the block EASY to make sure your wheels stay on and things like that.
Turn it off. Change the oil. Do other things (if you are bored) like do a compression and leak down test, check your valve lash settings. Check the torque on your headstuds after you have heat cycled the motor once or twice.
Then get it tuned...
S300 can rescale your map when you change injector size. You shouldn't be spooling the turbo on the basemap so that shouldn't matter. I don't see why you can't start it on the map you have if that's all you changed.
I can send you a file to get the car started or since you are close enough to the shop I could even swing by and help you with getting it fired up.
Just shoot me a text, I know you have my number.
