Default need help with a ls swap into a ef with a hydro trans

me and my friend are doing a swap and we ran into a problem. He has a cable to hydro swap mounts from hasport. Now the problem we are having is getting the L bracket to fit inbetween the motor and firewall mount.I was wondering do we need to bang the firewall in ? since we tried using the 90-91 ls L bracket and my 94 ls L bracket

You have to use the t bracket from the 94 and up integra. And it has to be for a manual bracket not auto cuz they are longer

is the rear t bracket not really sitting close enough to the crossmember mount to be bolted up? you have to hammer down the lip of the rear crossmember a bit so the bracket sits right.

you need to hammer down the lip on the crossmember. heres my engine bay. although i now have a stock d series rear mount on there, i did have a b16 in the car. the circled part is where you hammer it slightly

are you talking about the bracket that holds the mount in the front on the crossmember?
