Default wheel/hub maybe suspension issue

dont know if this is the right spot for this ... but i hope to get some help ..

i have a 94 db8 gsr

wheels: xxr 521 16x8 +20 offset .. tires: 195/45/16

suspension : stock shocks with no name coil overs ..

here is my issue .. i put on the wheels and noticed that the driver side sticks out about half inch or alil more causing me to rub the fender if i hit a bump .. now today i tried to swap out wheels thinking it might be that the wheel was made with the wrong offset .. but no.. its still the same..

also that in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear i get some vibration from the wheels when i accelerate .. they feel like they are not balanced but they are brand new and had the tire shop check them again all wheels and tires are balanced..

any help would be great thanks

Axle nut tight

How’s is the wheel bearing

Has this car ever been hit

Aftermarket fender (I have seen a lot of aftermarket fenders that are poorly stamped aka too shallow or too wide)

My guess is that with that wheel, tire, and suspension setup, your wheel bearings and axles are most likely taking a dump on you.

the axles are brand new .. the car has only been back on the road for two months .. im thinking the wheel bearings are causing the vibration .. im going to order new ones

but i still cant figure out why the driver side wheel sticks out more than the passenger ..

Subframe shifted? I would ask if you've had an alignment lately, to verify left vs. right alignment readings, but I have to wonder if there's any place that would even touch a car with such a crazy wheel setup.
