Default ITR lower control arm question

Im picking up a set of Tein SS from a friend of mine for my gsr. They are ITR spec, but i am getting the ITR lower control arms as well. The ITR lcas would go right in place of the gsr lcas correct? Meaning there is no length difference between the two? Also, do the bolts that go through the subframe and hub on the lcas seize up as bad as the ones for the shock mount? Thanks for the help!
