Default GSR Trans noise: HELP!!

Ok, so i have searched and could not find any definite answers. I changed my tranny out about 6 months ago when my ls trans went. I installed a gsr trans with a stage 2 comp clutch. everything seemed perfect with the tranny until the next day when i was driving i started hearing a whining noise. Like i would be in 4th driving and it would be whining. If i take my foot off the gas it would stop. Now everything i read is opposite that, everyone says the noise stops when they push the gas. Not mine. It shifts good and i have no other problems other than that noise. Please i need some help with this. I am getting ready to pull the motor and trans out in a month to do some work to the car and i would like to fix this when i do that. Thanks in advance for the help.

low on oil? check the oil level. could be that your using the wrong oil too.... i put 75w-90 in one of my trannies (big mistake) it made a whining noise lol then shortly after blew 4th and 5th.

Also, i had a buddy who had a gsr motor in his EG... he had the stock EG exhaust with a really skinny tail pipe and whenever you let off the gas it sounded like the tranny was whining. He insisted on changing his tranny... so we did that and it made the same noise. Later he changed his muffler because it literally blew up when he missed a shift and then that sound went away haha. Must've had too much back pressure or something

There is plenty of oil. I used hoda MTF. so that is not the issue. i have a full 2.5" exhaust so i am not hearing any exhaust issues. i really need someone to give some kind of input that knows something about transmissions.

If you're sure its not something else on the car, pull the trans to inspect.

i mean i dont think there is anything else it could be. It only makes noise when the trans is under load. as soon as i take my foot off the gas it stops. I really need someone to tell me what to inspect.

Split the case open and inspect everything.

sounds like bearing noise, maybe its not shimmed right, just because it ran well in one case dosen't mean it will in another.
