Default 94 Accord Steering wheel twitch.

I have a friend with a 94 Accord. Its been a few days since the problem started to occur. The steering wheel would jerk from left to right repeatedly "feels like its twitching". Not horrendously to where its not drive able but what could be causing it.

Does this from a stop light and while constant speed cruising It doesn't pull to the left side only or right side only. I know how a bad alignment is and it does not feel like it.

I haven't taken a look at it but any ideas?

Does it do this with the vehicle stopped completely, engine running? Or, only while the vehicle is moving?

If I remember it only does it when the car is in motion.

Check the tie-rod ends and for unbalanced/worn tires first. If it's not either one of those it could be suspension, steering rack, or wheel bearing (although a bearing usually makes noise when it's starting to go).

I have same issue with my car. Everyone keeps telling me the same thing with checking tie-rod ends, CV shafts, and tire alignment/balancing. I have replaced the tie rod ends, all ball joints, CV shafts, replaced the rims and tires, and had everything realigned of course... STILL the issue remains the same. Recently under the car and EVERYTHING is snug as you can get it. Everything is stock too. So if you find the solution tell me too

The only thing I haven't done is replace the bushings (control arm bushings, radius rod, strut, etc.) but I don't think that would cause my issue. and the radius road bushings were in great shape.
