It does mention the vac lines.. he connected them all with vacume t's. To one line going to the map sensor pretty straight fwd and same goes with the tps.

I did some research and the Honda CBR ITBs are a more direct deal, I remember issues with the GSXR and some others. The TPS on the CBRs will work, otherwise you have to adapt them on others. For vacuum, you just run a line from a nipple on each runner. MAP is the same.
Have fun tuning.

i imagine you would need to tap vacuum off each runner to ensure sufficiently vac supply, and connect your map sensor to this common vacuum source.

tps sensors are dead simple, as long as its a 5v reference voltage, signal and ground you should be fine provided you are getting .5ish volts throttle closed and 4.5ish WOT

option 1) run booster off of one cylinder. I have seen many professional setups like this, and although non-intuitive, it seems to cause no problems.

option 2) run all vacuum to a canister and branch off of that. If you dont trust option 1 (like me)

option 3) get rid of the power brakes.

option 4) buy some type of electric vacuum pump to evacuate your crankcase for ring seal and attach it to booster

option 5) get creative

Generically, this seems to be the option of choice (certainly the way I do my set-ups). Easy enough to do and, with a box, it leaves you options to make more vac ports.
