Eaither you can drill out the bolt head and use vice grips to get the bolts out or use a dremal and cut a line threw the head of the bolt and use a flat head screw dirver to take the bolts out. Then just use a 10mm head bolt to to replace the ones you took out or if you did wat I said with the dremal you can reuse the bolts

How is it messed up?
If you can still turn the key to acc position there is a small hole you can use a pick tool or possibly a paperclip to put in at the hole and use the key to slide out the lock cylinder.
Or do it like Tony said in the above post.

You DO NOT have to mess with the ignition lock to replace the switch. The switch and lock are two separate things.

best way to do it...
make sure you have a small size dremel, that will help because everything will be pretty tight.

To just Replace the ignition switch I belive it is just 2 phillip head screws on the back of the key lock. Take the screws out unplug the wires from the fuse box and install your new one
