hello i wasnt able to post this in the FI section so im posting here looking for help.

my setup:
b18a1
b18b1 intake manifold
65mm throttle body
turbo xs manifold
gm 3 bar map sensor
no name wastegate
blitz bov
dsm 450cc blacktops
walbro 255
holset hx35w turbo

i started the car for the first time the other night and its running really really really rich. after finally getting it to idle i let it warm up for a while and it kinda ran a little better. whenever i give it gas it wants to die and runs like crap until high rpm's and it clears out. i adjusted the throttle body and adjusted the tps. i pulled the brand new ngk plugs ( they were in the engine for a mox of 30 min run time) they were very very black. im not sure if its my basemap or if something else is messed up?

 

check the tune i'd say.

 

uhhhh... the **** u doing reving an un tuned motor? get it tuned asap basemaps are OK for stock motor swaps, but by no means is your basemap going to be FULLY correct for your motor set up, too many variables with out the tuner being there in your car looking at the fuel maps wide band and whatever else tuners do to create the proper map on the fly...

 

Ya man it needs to be tuned I bet the base map you got is shitty souds like it giving to much fuel at lower rpms. A base map is only good for ONE THING babying your car to the shop to GET A REAL tune
