Default Which motor is better for turbo?

WHich is better for a turbo? A B20 or LS motor? I can get a b20 longblock complete for $750. Im assuming this is cheaper then the LS longblocks. How do they compare in compression, hp, handling boost? The b20 will bolt into a 94 del sol right?

I'm not sure about the specs, but I know for a fact, that B20 is a bit stronger. Make sure to get a B20Z though. If you dont get the Z, you're stuck with a ***** B20 without *****. Stock B20Z's come with 146 Hp where LS's come to 140 I believe. There are many fine points about both motors and both would be a great choice. it's up to you.

Yes...All B-Series will bolt up to your sol.

I agree. LS motor is easier to fid and usually cheaper...same exct crank..juste an LS and resleeve it to 84.5mm..now u have a built B20! with about the same amount of money...
