car is a 95 gsr currently making 440 with a sc61 at 22 psi recently it smokes at idle and high rpm,plugs are fouling out and making me think the oil seal is gone,theres a snow storm outside so i havent done a compression check, but my questions are could the oil seal on the exhaust side of the turbo foul my plugs?2nd question i spoke with someone at turbochargers.com really nice and helpful said he could put new comp turbo guts in with ball bearings and reuse my housing, has anyone had expirience with this company they definetly have my attention.thanks for responses

 

is there alot of smoke coming from the valve cover breather tube?
