Default h22 greddy turbo kit.????

Hey guys I have a carb legal h22 civic and I want a greedy turbo for the fact that they are carb-exempt but dont know if my setup would be able to handle the boost.my setup is pretty close to what a h22 type-s is with 11:1 compression but since there bolt on I think it should fine without changing my pistons again.. I'm not trying to boost more then 5psi..input on what you guys think..

With 91 Octane "water"? Questionable. Keep it conservative on tuning, that's for sure. The C.A.R.B. status doesn't include running an intercooler. If you're not running an intercooler, at that static compression, I'd advise against it.

well yes I plan on running a intercooler and all the stuff needed to run a turbo..just wondering if it would be safe to do it without buying low compression pistons...trying to boost about 5-6psi nothing to crazy

Find a tuner first that will/can tune your car on 91 octane and low boost + high compression.

Any turbo kit will work with the H22. Tuning is key to your setup due to high compression. Boosting at 5-7 lbs is safe to running daily. Anything more then that with daily abuse will result in a blown motor.
