i just installed EG replicia jdm yellow fog lights from jhpusa. that got for Christmas new in a box never been used. i installed everything properly and it seems the drivers side is brighter than the passenger side lights.

the passengers side fog is lighter clear cant see any lines on the ground and the drivers side fog light seems to have a yellow line of reflection on the ground and brighter. why??

 

Maybe the fact that they are "replicas" might have something to do with it.

 

Probably a poor ground on the dimmer side.

 

probably one is aimed at the ground.. the other at the fair blue sky.

 

What he said. Take off the covers and one of the screws is the adjuster screw. It's usually the bigger one.

 

yup you could easily adjust it using a screw driver. you should have aligned the aim of the light upon installation

 

Wait till the suns going down pull up close to your garage door leaving enough room for you to work. Turn on the lights and you should be able to tell if there lined up or not. If that's not the case then I would go on to check your voltage to each light then make sure there grounded right.
