Best 1993 Honda Civic DX Coup Engine/Turbo Combo
stock compression is 9:4 it would spool faster with a higher compression but the higher the compression the more prone to detonation but can spool the turbo faster and sooner, but less likely u can use pump gas. lower comp u can run pump gas and lot more room for error in your tune.
I'm looking at 4-5k in parts consisting of transmission, engine, ecu, axels, shifter cables, shifter assembly, alternator, starter, clutch flywheel, intake/exhaust manifold, fuel rail, injectors, distributor, engine harness, and all the sensors. Looking at getting a complete change over and adding a turbo after i install the engine and everything.
The engine I'm looking at this H22A (http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30017). Would it be a good engine for a turbo or would it be counterproductive??
there is a sticky at the top of the forum, FAQ and it has an entire section regarding swaps and which can make the power goal that meets your needs
