Timing problem?
Hmm something doesnt just feel the way it did before, perhaps I slipped a tooth? Idk, but does my timing look off to any of you? If so, should I move the left one down a tooth...... or the right one up a tooth?

Ok so im not a timing expert but would like to know how to do so on my car lol. that mark on each cam, there arrows. line them straight up? where are the timing marks located at?
Not totally sure about the DOHC, but generally there are marks on the cam and a mark on the oil pump and a mark on the bottom pulley. Read the instructions about your specific engine and they should line up in some way.
Usually like CAM line should be flat with cylinder head, mark on oil pump should point toward groove on bottom pulley.
That is ONLY way it will work. The bottom half/Crankshaft/pistons part of the engine has to be perfectly matched mechanically with the top half/valves/camshaft.
Once you get the marks right, you can then get a timing light and adjust the distributor angle.
Also, make sure you tighten the belt properly. RTFM

Check this. There are probably better but this will get you started.

Install the timing belt in the reverse order of removal; Only key points are described here.
Position the crankshaft and the camshaft pulleys as shown before installing the timing belt.
A) Set the crankshaft so that the No.1 piston is at top dead center (TDC). Align the groove on the teeth side of the timing belt drive pulley to the arrow pointer on the oil pump.
B) D15B7, D15B8 engines: Align the TDC marks on the camshaft pulley with the cylinder head upper surface.
D16Z6 engine: Align the TDC mark on the camshaft pulley with pointer on the back cover.
D15Z1 engine: Align the TDC marks on the camshaft pulley with pointers (triangle marks) on the back cover.

Ooo, this one has pictures.

A little different for the DOHC.
Make sure you tighten the belt like they say by loosening the tensioner , turning engine 3 teeth and then tightening the tensioner down.
And make sure when you are putting the belt on, your don't bobble the camshaft or crankshaft. And try to get it tight in the longest run. like from left side Cam to bottom pulley first. IMHO
Then rotate the engine and check double check triple check that when the marks on the crankshaft line up the marks on the camshaft line up.
Finger check the belt tension, rotate and check again.
