Default Need help with Registering my car.

Hi, I am from Utah and my registration was up in December. I swapped a JDM ZC into my car in december and I am unsure of the steps I need to take to get my car legal. It is a straight OBD1 swap so all emission devices are in place including cat. I have heard I have to get it ?referee'd? or something called Bar'd? I have no idea what I need to do. I also heard it is impossible to get a ZC to pass because the motor didnt come in the car. Anyways, any help would be great. I am new here and Utah is completely different as far as emissions.
Thanks!

Im confused on your post.. It is like a d16a6...

Im trying to figure out if it will pass smog because of the fact it is a jdm engine. I have all emission devices. And it should pass that part.

Cant you not pass with a short ram intake in cali? Doesnt it need to be a stock intake unless you get some special sticker for it or something?

honestly depends where you go!
in my case i still had my stock air box hooked up!
but when i had my 90ef i had non-carb legal intake and they still passed me!

if you have any friends with smogg shop just have em run it and see what happens or goto dnt pass dnt pay!

Yes your intake legally is supposed to have a crab sticker on it in cali. Not all shops check them though but if they do it will not pass unless u get a carb leagal SRI or get the stock air box
