Default 91 Honda Loses electric Power when revving

I have 1991 Honda Civic with a d15b1 dual point that loses power when i give it throttle. The headlights dim, the stero cuts out, and under hard throttle the motor wants to cut out. It started after i put in a front strut bar. I unninstalled it and i cant find the problem!

pull the pass side carpet back and look at the ecu. I bet its blinking code 16 electrical load detector. Mine went bad too. You'll need to replace the entire under hood fuse panel bc it is built into it. They are cheap and easy to find. Took me less than 10 mins to change and all problems were solved

I found the temp gauge is inaccurate until you get a solid electrical system going.

Is the belt tight? Does the car make any noise?

Code 16 is fuel injector.

Code 20 is the ELD.
