Yes they will. But you just need to swap the inside rail. the rail closer to the door is exactly the same.

 

Do you have some spare "ek" seats?

Just a suggestion in 94-01 integra seats are a DIRECT bolt-in. Much better feel and a better look IMO. I put them in my EJ8 recently and swapped out the inner rails and everything is straight. For you they would be a direct fit. My .02

 

they came in my eg and only 3 bolt up id like to get some dc seats
