The +C18 capacitor and +C17 capacitor circuits connect with R136 (resistor) and to ECU connector Pin D10/ELD, Electronic load detector. +C16 (capacitor) goes to +R21 (resistor), +C4 (capacitor) and to ECU connector Pin B1. That is the ECUs Ignition switched Battery voltage Power source. So what ever is on the (-) side of C16 isn't getting any power.

Thanks GhostAccord, i just check all connectivity copper trace, seen like it burn and lost connection from c16 to +R21. I will jump the trace back and replace new capacitor and look if car can start or not.

But c16 and c17 do not have any marking on it, actually what type capacitor is that and the value..seen it have + - i confuse either it ceramic or any else type of capacitor.

C16 is a 1uf 35v tantalum cap
C17 is a 4.7uf 16v tantalum cap
C18 is a 220uf 10v 105°C aluminum cap

Thanks, really appreciate that, for now need to wait till sun appear, drive electronic shop buy the part. It is necessary if i replace all electronic cap on board since this ecu age above 10 year to avoid any capacitor blow.. or just leave it were it been..

Got the tantalum cap yesterday, replace and solder back the burn component and track, also check another cap, there also burn c19, so i just change all aluminum cap. Test to start..then..... it working. Where can i find obd1 board circuit diagram, maybe some url or keyword or person sell the obd1 circuit diagram?

I have yet to find a complete one....I have only ever found circuit diagrams of an individual circuit here and there. I use an old OBD1 ECU that I carefully removed every single component. Now I have a blank circuit board and I have stuck all of the components onto a foam board. This way I can check circuits individually without any clutter.

So what do you do with your spare time? Some people, myself included, like to learn new skills in there spare time. This is an example of how I nailed my soldering technique down. Not bad when you can make $50+/hr for a hobby.
