no its not a relay, i just went out there and hit the lever to move the steering wheel up and down, and after banging it up and down a few times it fires up. Its got to be in the ignition im guessing

sounds like it was coming from the driver side fuse panel.

the sound is the main relay clickin off and on

but it's probably being switched by a bad ignition switch.

Maybe try a better thread title next time because the OP originally only complained about a clicking noise from under the dash.

lol, that'd definitely help the cause.

if being vague or confusing got results, nothing could touch most new members on h-t.

lol You can get 4 cylinder **** box into the 11's yet you cant figure out the "clicking noise near your fuse panel" is your main relay?

True this! If you know everything why are YOU the one that can't get your car fixed? Next time give all the pertinent information up front and not AFTER people start giving you answers you don't like.

I don't know about you guys but I have similar problems and solved it by replacing the starter. It had a clicking noise when I try to crank. My fuse n battery were fine..I doubt it's the relay. I don't know if it'll solve everyone's problem but wouldn't hurt to try it. Before I replaced it, my car started acting up and I got stuck. Came back the next day n it work. Drove it somewhere else and it wouldn't start ever again. Replaced the starter n it's running fine now

usually no need for a whole new starter just the solenoid rebuild kit is enough to bring it back from the dead:
