Default main relay buzzing noise

What's going on guys I'm working on my 95 eg coupe here and I've got a push to start installed. Car has ran fine for the longest up until recently I was at my friends house playing music and the battery died. So I get my jumper cables out and my friend pull his integra around. Anyways my jumper cables aren't red and black they are solid black and it was dark and I ended up putting the jumper cables backwards for like a minute until i noticed it. Anyways I got the battery charged up. Hit the push to start and it started up. But it hesitated before it started like it wasn't going to. Here I am 3 days later trying to find what I burned out or messed up because now when I press the button it won't start. Main relay makes a constant buzzing noise. The relay that came with the push to start still clicks just fine. When I turn the key I can hear the fuel pump prime and the engine light will go off after it primes. I've checked the fuses and I've checked the grounds. Can't be the starter because I just swapped in a new one. I'm at a dead end here and I'm not sure what to do now. Any advice is appreciated. Go ahead and call me a dumbass for getting the cables backwards I know lol

But then the main relay will stop buzzing. I hit the push to start button and the relay stays silent. Should it click when I hit the start button?

You need to tell us how the push button start is wired.

Does the starter fail to crank the engine when you press the button?

Is fuse 18 blown?

I don't know too much about wiring but I'll try to explain. There is "push to start" button ran into a small relay. Along with a ground and power wire. Then the ignition wire is wired into it with an inline fuse. The starter won't even turn over so the signal isn't making it to the starter. I'll double check the fuses and post pictures when I get off work. When I turn the key the main relay will click. Then when I press the push to start button the email relay that cane with it will click also. But no start...
