EFI 101 should give you a good idea on tuning already. I'm pretty sure it wont be cheap either if you want to learn from someone who's actually good at tuning.

450 isnt bad for that class...im gonna see if i take it myself ...101 should get you street tuning...blow up a couple engines and then take advance...

$600 give or take $100 depending if you can find stuff used

This includes tuning hardware, wide and and Crome pro

Or similar with Neptune/eCtune/Hondata for a single car version
