FACTS

work performed: pedal bracket assembly removed and re welded.
upon installation the CEL illuminates barley with a .016A draw

there is a 30 amp fuse that when pulled kills the lite.

(i must assume the car was fine before i got it in the shop.
i got called into a shop to help and have no prior knowledge of the cars history)

also by turning turn signal in either direction kills the lite

here is where I THINK the problem is:
by disconnecting this plug that snaps into the upper left hand side of the fuse block it goes away.

disconnecting the hazard switch make lite dimmer. operating it makes speakers make thump sound. crazy huh?

turning on the light switch light gets real bright.

plus as a bonus the oil light dont illuminate w key on, and the turn signals dont work at all!

QUESTIONS

if you have a wiring diagram, or know the link to one, PLEASE HOOK ME UP!

also, where are all the ground lugs gor under the dash??

i found one next to the colum mount, another on the far left inside kick panel or A pillar area.
how many more??

and is there a common or well known problem like this, if so whats the cheap fix?
