Why does my foglight fuses keep popping?
I have depo 99-00 civic fog lights.. I installed it starting from:
cable to the positive on the battery--->the fuse (15a)----->relay---->right fog light---->left fog light---->ground---->inside dash----> ground---->switch---->input on fuse plugs..
When I turn on the car to the on position and press the switch the fuses pop!! I double checked grounds and even switched it to other places to ground and I popped like 6 fuses already.. what is the problem?

you hazz a problem.
Did they ever work?
Test each Light seperate from the relays and switches. disconnect them and hook up straight power. If they e work, recheck your wiring for a bacwards wire or a tear in the insulation.
If all else fails make new wiring from scratch.

Yes they used to work! all I did was take off my front bumper disconnected the fog light wires and put it to the side.. then when I tried installing the bumper back on it doesnt work no more! I even tried bypassing the fuse switch next to the relay.. bad mistake.. it popped one of my bulbs! and I smell a burn..

Re: Why does my foglight fuses keep popping?
I also replaced the relay and I replaced the wiring.. when I turn on the car and press the switch the switch light turns on.. I also hear like a click noise every time I press the switch.. like "click click"... Maybe I should try and use a 20a fuse instead of a 15a?? maybe the 15a is too weak?

fog lights suck for that.
Try a bigger fuse and also, did you solder all the connections or just use those quick crimp connectors?

Check your wiriing. Sounds like you have an exposed wire that is getting wet and popping that fuse. When I had my fogs in my wiring harnes for the fogs was hanging and I bottomed out and it caused it to expose some wires causing it to do what yours is doing.
