Wow....you ****ers are stupid.
I can't even get a little insight without getting bashed. I hope you all die while fixated on an upside down cross.

Which skunk2 throttle body do you have? Skunk2 claims that they have fixed the problem with the old ones but I have not heard about how the new ones are. If you have the old skunk2 TB then it's best to sell it and grab an Omni or Professional products.

whats the purpose of the build? Seems like your spending alot of money in building a race motor with no intentions of using it for whats its built for

It may be a lot of money(to you)...but do you know how much money I've spent on what I've acquired so far? No sir. I may not be spending as much as you think. There are a lot of deals out there that I've ran across and so far everything I've bought has been brand new.
I'm doing this build because I want to do something different(for myself), and have something that is a lot of fun to drive. Not to mention, It will be a good learning experience for me. There are a whole lot of people out there who build engines and don't use them to their full potential. I wouldn't consider this a race engine. It's a nice in between if you ask me. It really isn't up to anyone else what I use the engine for, I'm just looking for a little insight on what parts others may suggest.

If you dont plan on racing it or reving it.. why in the hell are you building a motor?
Alittle research on your side would go along way..
pro1's?? Negatory.. go pro2's at least.. with a bigger exhaust..
I dunno why anyone would make the comment "I don't plan on reving this build past 8k. Will never be raced or beat on."
But your building a pretty decent b20vtec thats going to need to be revved out pass 8k, way past, and you'll need to beat on it, to break it in properly.. dont come on here like some good little boy, because everyone on this damn board who builds a motor, beats on it..
