Default HELP! on rear brakes

I have a 94 si sol and i just put all new stuff on everything in the back is new but theres one thing THEY DONT WORK! I blead them even wen the e brake is up they still move idk what to do I need help asap I know it can't be safe.

its a little hard to understand some things but how do you know they are not working?
I assume they are disc?
do you have a soft brake pedal? mean you got air in the system we need more info.

I am not sure what you are asking, but it sounding like a pressure problem. Did you do a conversion going to "new"

no It al ready had disc and the pedal is a likke soft. and I know they are not working because when I lift the rear and have the e brake on the wheels still spin also when I go to park it the car will roll when I have the e brake all the way up.

You have air in the line please check you manual for proper bleeding sequence and use a clear tube and clear bottle or better yet go get a bleeding kit and make sure you get all the air out.

When the brake fluid comes out in a clear and solid stream you know you do not have air on that side of the brake system. gl
