whats a fair price for ex/si/da rear brake swap
On ebay the rear arms go for about $250 - $350, then you have to pay for shipping. Obviously it will be cheaper at a pick-n-pull.
Then you will add some more for replacement parts pads, bushings, calipers, rotors, etc. It will depend on the condition of the arms, but you should at the very least replace the pads and turn the rotors. So add about min $50 for a new set of pads and turned rotors.
After all that add about $40 for a prop valve. Just my 2 cents.

alright lol i picked them up for 75 bucks complete BUt didnt have the ebrake cables also noticed the trailing arms had energy suspension bushings
