Rpms not working

Hey everybody i just got a 88 civic hatchback. im doing a integra dash swap and cluster. i hooked everything up but the rpms wont read. any ideas? do i wire it or should it just work

I'm pretty sure u will have to wire it in the the integra cluster from the stock civic harness... the wire should already be there

i should say my car didnt have rpms on the old cluster

It already comes with the tach wire ran in efs. Say when you do a si cluster swap its plug and play u don't need to wire the tach wire cuz its already there...
