Hi,

i will buy a better Exhaust for my Integra.
I have a JDM ITR Cat, Spoon B-pipe and the Spoon n1.

I think a Toda Replica Header is okay for me?
How do i get one?

Oh, very good. Thanks.

Can you say me, how deep is the header? deeper than the JDM 4-1 Header?

any 4-1 header is going to have more clearance issues than a 4-2-1, but they arent too bad.

You should get the other replica from UK, it's much better. Tegiwa or whatever

how much shipping costs has no effect on which will make more power on your car. and since its a replica im pretty sure they are going to be quite similar...ya know considering its a replica...

it's guessing either way. a good replica should rival the real toda. of course many don't for a variety of reasons. crappy welds that cause turbulence. wrong tubing size, restrictive bends and of course the ole large to small rather than small to large in tubing expansion.

who knows? personally i only buy the real thing but it's not because i'm an elitist, i just like **** that works right the first time

I can't comment on a replica, but a real Toda has much better ground clearance than a JDM OEM 4-1 header.

I had the spoolin header on my car. I really liked it everything fit right and had good clearance. If you search my name you can see dyno results I got as well as weight difference pictures ect.

I have the v.2 ( came with the slip joints welded together)toda replica from spoolingperformance on my R clone. I noticed a difference from my megan 4-1 header and ground clearance was much better as my car is slammed. Also come ceramic coated and everything fit perfect.

If you want power, you don't want a Toda replica, you want the RMF replica. It will produce the most power for the money. Otherwise I would look at a custom header by SMSP, Bisimoto, DTR, Hytech, etc. You gotta pay to play.

im pretty sure there have been cases where thats not completely true where people make more power on a rep hytech then a genuine one. and it also depends on what motor you have it on as well. for a b16 toda makes arguably the best header for that motor. i do like how you are concerned about power for money instead of buying expensive baller parts and saying replicas are junk.

Replicas are certainly not junk. Well. Not really.

They basically save all the cost of R&D and just copy a design. You can use the exact same materials and quality standards and still sell it for half price with no R&D. Do they make power? Absolutely. Will a replica ever make as much power as a REAL header? They'll get damn close for half the price if not match it.

As far as Toda making the best b16 header, well, ya... that was true 6 years ago. Google the RMF replica header. It honestly trashes other Reps. I mean, 15 WHEEL horsepower from a header swap is Godly if you actually know how much power headers add. If you told me 6 years ago a $300 header could add 15 wheel hp, I'd call you a fool.

at least theres one other person on here that can see the thought behind replica parts. the extra 3hp isnt worth 800$ more. and also im not aware of the rmf header and what kind of power it makes but 15hp is quite a lot. also i didnt know the toda header was so out of date for todays standards. the more you know right? lol

I <3 WHP claims...

No way, on a stock motor, stock car that bolting on a header, any header is going to add 15 WHP to the wheels.

So yeah, if you choke a fully built motor with a stock, cast header and then compare that to a decent header I could see the posibility. But on a stock car, no way in hell.

This is a stock ITR with a USDM header vs a RMF

Granted others have seen very small or no gains with it, the majority of people do see an average of about 10-15whp

Your dynos are done with totally different temperatures on a totally different day with totally different humidities.

You seriously expect me to believe that?

No "bolt on" is going to give these cars 15 WHP over stock, not a single one. Mugen intake, SMSP/Hytech header, open header, cams... none of it.

Now, combine a few things and I can see it, or as mentioned choke the motor and then "claim" the header adds 15 yeah...
