Default which f23 rods

i finaly got everything for my new build but rods. Im running a f23 crank and f23 rods . its a all motor set up but i plan on making close to 300hp and i have alot of good stuff in this build so i dont want to chance stock rods. I can order a set of crower but there 760 dolars . I dont realy want to spend that much and im sure there has to be somebody else out there that makes a after market rod for a f23 crank that would be fine for a all motor set up. Basically im just cheap and looking for a cheaper f23 rod any help would be nice thanks.

Haha had to edit after rereading you post, I think crower may be the only OTS option... How high you planning to rev this? Big stroke=big piston speed

I looked around as well and couldn't find anything other than crowers. For budget reasons I stuck with the OEM rods; plenty of G23's out there running just fine without broken rods.

Maybe the time has come for us to make some cost effective ones. If interested, feel free to write to sales@bisimoto.com

i have a set of crowers for sale..and i also got an f23 long block....will that make a decent allmotor set up with the h22 head? i might keep it...i was going to boost an accord but changed plans and sold the car...what other engine can i use 86mm cp piston? can i use f23 crank rods and pistons on a h22?? is the h22 bore 86 or 87mm cant remenber..

also if i got turbo on the f23 can i fit the older f22 heads...the one bisimoto uses on his allmotors builds...

h22 is 87mm but i do have a perfect f20b block that comes with steal 86mm sleeves stock. That would be your best bet get a f20b block it already has steal sleeves and h22 head blots up with no jb welding or any bull ****. If i didnt have two sleeved blocks i would build it myself. Text me at 478-808-9122 if you have a set of f23 rods for sale thinks . I have probably three f23 bottom ends so i dont need stock rods lol .

When i pmed you back i didnt realize your pistons were 86mm i might go ahead and get both just text me.

I have actually talked to a few custom rod makers that say they can make the rod for around 250.00 . I just dont want to take a chance being the first person to use a set lol

If they make rods for a living. What chances are you taking? Get over it and do it. You honestly wont be the "First person" to have these rods made for...
