Default leaking headgasket?

alright im finished with my mpfi conversion everything is working good but ive been having trouble with my head because its leaking oil out of it. Ive took the head of 2 times trying to get the headgasket to sit perfect and 3rd time i took it off and put it back on it had enough compression to start so its runs a lil ruff cuz of a vacum leak i have and the tps hasnt been adjusted yet but why is the head leaking oil out of it like its a lot of oil too. Its leaking right out of back in the middle .

i used a spiral pattern to torque the head down not sure if thats the right way or not. but anysuggestions on what to do or easier way to get the headgasket to stay where it needs to sit?

oh and the engine is a d15b1

did you check you head or block to see if its warp??? or maybe get your head resurface.

Aside from what was said above (which would be my first guess), if "spiral pattern" means you picked a random head bolt and just worked your way around clockwise or counterclockwise that is definitely not the correct way to torque down the head. Also, you saying it's leaking directly from the back middle would lead me to believe that either the head gasket itself isn't sealing at the point (due to incorrect torque sequence or warped condition...or both) OR the oil control jet O-ring is leaking.

FYI Whenever you remove or install any cylinder head you have to follow the proper sequence or you risk warping the head/block.

on the torquing seqeunce u would start the top farthest bolt on the left side den move to the furthest bottom bolt on the right side then go back to the furthest bolt on the top right side. and you would move back n forth til u meet up n the middle. if your confused i can post a pic of the torquing order.
