Hey everyone...
My wife just picked up a 98 civic dx coupe with the stock rear drums. I was wondering if anyone has ever used the bracket to do a rear disk conversion before.

It looks sound but i want a second opinion on them. I could do the standard conversion but this just looks so simple to me. Let me know what you all think.

I honestly have never even seen these, I would just buy a set of integra trailing arms. with these brackets i think you will still have to buy calipers, pads, rotors, brake lines, prop valve, and ebrake cables, thats gonna add up fast, and as for how it talks about the rusty bolts, i never have too much of a hassle with them. But there is always one bolt haha

 

Scarebird had something like this years ago, its easier and cheaper to just get everything as a set though.

id get brakes from a teg if i was u. i got my setup from a da for 150.00 from the junkyard
to put on my eg about 5 hours of work to pull the da's brakes my brakes and install the da's again with about 30 min drive to the yard

 

I acualy had a buddy crash a 2000 gsr two days ago and he said i could have the rear disks of of it for free just wondering what e brake cable i would need to put it on my wifes 98 coupe. Thanks in advance

Alright so i am going to use all the teg stuff thanks

 

Also wondering if i could use the front kuckles from the teg as it has the 11" brake setup with the legend gs 2 piston caliper

 

with the bigger brakes u are going to have to get the teg master cylinder also
