Default Clutch Squeaking

I have a 98 civic and when you let the clutch out it squeaks but not every time, it is not the pedal, it sounds like there is water on the clutch and it sounds like it is slipping but yet the clutch pulls hard and is very strong, it use to just do it in 1st gear and stop once it was warmed up now it is getting worse and does it at random in any gear when letting out the clutch. Does anyone have a clue what this could be? Thanks in advance

could be one of 2 things bro. your flywheel could be glazed over a little or your pressure plate needs to be replaced.

yeah, I was about to say that. This happened to me and it was just that pivot point, stuff like this happens with age.

I haven't tried that yet or anything for that matter, I am thinking that it has something to do with the clutch its self. because it is really bad in first gear, since you hold the clutch longer in that gear, it is doing it right when the clutch is starting to catch but is not fully engaged, if you would hold the clutch right there is continues to do it until you push the clutch in or let it out all the way.
