Guys,

I've received these mounts from innovative, there are only 3 and the engine/box is mounted in 4 places.

So which one do they expect you to keep? The rear as it's very difficult to get to?


These are D16 mounts.

Looks like the front transmission mount is missing.

 

Top one is trans, second one is rear mount and bottom one is driverside mount.

 

Now my question is: "Why do they do that?"

 

do what? i guess they want u to buy a TB to

 

with the new mounts being more rigid than stock that front torque mount isnt really needed. i dont have one and i just have urethane inserts.

So do I simply remove the front mount and not replace it?

 

Also in the workshop manual it details various bolts as not re-usable... Can this be taken with a pinch of salt?

 

meh, most people reuse them but you might as well replace them. Do it right the first time and you won't ever have to deal with it again for awhile.

 

Any idea what size the bolts are?
